Another day another mile

3.4 miles walking. 

Lunges and squats yesterday made me sore today… so what does that mean? More lunges and squats! 

Going to go for 3 rounds

  • 10 lunges( each leg)
  • 15 air squats 
  • 20 sit-ups

Meal Planning: 

  • BPC breakfast & lunch
  • Unsure for dinner

Thoughts from yesterday:

Had to adjust lunch due to lunch with friends. Didn’t get the 3rd work out done but did do a lot of lifting at work. 

Biggest issue is time management. Need to work on that and staying positive.
