Birthday dinner Paleo Style for my sweet husband. We are only allowed 2 cheat days during the 30 day challenge. However we have the following celebrations during those 30 days… Cinco de Mayo, Mothers Day, Scott’s Birthday, Our Son David’s Birthday Party, David’s Birthday, Our Anniversary, Memorial Day and Our Son Andy’s Birthday Party. With that being said… we don’t have enough cheat days to work for all of these celebrations. So I made a steak dinner and a Paleo cake that will follow in my next post 🙂
GARLIC STEAK w/Veggies
Took a steak; pounded it for tenderizing and then cut pockets in the steak and placed small slices of garlic cloves in the pockets. Then seasoned the steak with additional garlic & peppercorn seasoning.
Then baked the steak for about 12 minutes at 350; checked the steak and baked an additional 5 minutes at 450 – increase baking time to desired wellness of your steak.
